This weekend we are enjoying sunny St. George.
Daily, its been 94+ degrees, and it's fabulous.
Our friend Ryan just opened a CrossFit gym.
Colton and I decided that we'd go check it out.
Day One: 15 Power Cleans. 15 Kettle Bell Swings. 15 Burpies. 15 Wall Balls. 100 Yard Sprint. *Repeat Three Times*
(I threw up)
Day Two: Team Tabata = 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Box Jumps. Sit Ups. Side Mountain Climbers. Air Squat + Jump.
*Repeat 32 Times*
Needless to say, My thighs are jello.
AND. Colton and I will be joining CrossFit(:
